This old vine wine is made from Falanghina, a grapevine cultivated in Molise by the ancient Sannites, who considered it one of the best. The vineyard where the grapes are grown faces south, with a clay soil that gives it a particular minerality and balance between acidity and body. A wine to pair with every course, it is perfect with shellfish, non-fatty hors-d'oeuvres, starters, and especially fish dishes.
