The grapes are hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tank. After primary fermentation is complete the wine is racked to a combination of French, oak barrels and stainless steel for Malolactic fermentation and aging.
It offers up gorgeous aromas of Meyer lemon, buttered citrus, and golden apple on the nose. The palate is simultaneously fresh and ripe, with a long and clean finish. Mild oak spice lingers..
