Soave Classico 2022 from Vin Soave uses Garganega grapes. The distinct volcanic soil makes it a unique white wine from Northern Italy. Originally grown from the ancient Graecanicum variety, it was renamed Garganega in the local dialect. In the ‘60s, the producer purchased small plots of vineyards in the heart of Soave Classico to secure a future of top-quality wines. Today, the estate is on 30 hectares.
