Terre Siciliane Sparkling Catarratto 2020

Yet another winner, this thirst quenching bubbly comes from the northern slopes of Etna. Grown in a vineyard particularly suited to the production of sparkling wine-based grapes, at an altitude of around 300 to 400 meters, the sandyvolcanic soils allow the grapes to fully express their terroir.

This is a cool climate area with good temperatures, both day and night, and excellent sun exposure. The grapes are organically treated, hand-harvested, and native yeast fermented.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose has floral aromas with notes of orange blossom, jasmine, aromatic herbs, citrus and white fruit. It impresses with its acidity, minerality and its soft and enveloping bubbles.
